Thank you for visiting the website of Pine Street Creative, LLC. By using this website you agree that your access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this legal notice and all applicable laws. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, but any changes will be posted herein.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Spiritwear // All sales are final on spiritwear, including Batavia Bulldog items. Customer satisfaction is important and Pine Street Creative understands that sometimes sizing doesn’t work. In this instance you are welcome to do an exchange for any other existing spiritwear item(s) in the online shop. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of reciept of your item(s). Garment(s) to be exchanged should be free of odors and debris and should not have been worn. Upon reciept of garment(s) to be exchanged, a coupon code will be issued within 48 hours of reciept of returned goods that may then be used for your replacement item(s) of equal or greater value. Replacements are limited to what is currently stocked in the online store.
Personalized and Custom Wedding and All Social Stationery // Due to the custom nature of our products, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. You are encouraged to take extreme care to ensure the accuracy of each order before approving for press. If you have to cancel your order before giving approval to print, a partial refund will be applied, less cost of materials ordered and time spent on creating your order. If you cancel after you give approval to print, there are no refunds due to the custom nature and supplies ordered to complete your order. If custom art was created for you, there are no refunds on the art fee due to the custom personalized nature and time involved. If you have to postpone or cancel your wedding refunds will be done on a case by case basis depening upon how far along your order is in the print process. If there is an issue or damage to your product(s), please contact us at hello@pinestreetcreative.com within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
Photography & Wall Art // All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.
PRE-PRESS PROOFS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Pre-press proofs are provided for all custom orders based upon copy and design specifications provided by you, the client, at the time of ordering. All copy should be finalized before submitting an order, especially for, but not limited to, wedding invitations. Proofing and review of your order is your responsibility. Proofs should be carefully reviewed for spelling and grammar. Pine Street Creative is not responsible for spelling and/or grammar typos that have been approved. Pine Street Creative will provide one set of proofs free of charge and one reviosion set thereafter if needed. Additional proofs requested will be subject to a $35 proof fee per card, per card face. Once an order is approved and sent to press any requested changes are subject to additional fees depending upon how far along your order is in the print process and are the responsibility of the client.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Spiritwear // For custom spirit wear pre-sales, once an order period closes, please allow 14-21 business days for the order to be produced and sorted from the order close date, NOT the date you ordered. Once orders are produced and sorted you will be contacted via text or email about pick-up (if specified at checkout) or receive order shipment tracking. In some pre-sale instances orders may be sorted in studio and then turned over to the school for distribution.
Wedding & Social Stationery // Once your order is placed and your information has been collected, we will follow up within 24 to 48 business hour with a digital proof of your selected invitation suite or social card for you to approve for press. Please allow 14 business days for production of printed components once you have approved all proofs. Production times may be longer in November / December depending upon the volume of orders received. Production times will run from 14-28 business days if ordering a boxed invitation such as, but not limited to, the Raffia Starfish or vineyard invitations.
RECIEPT OF GOODS
Once an order has been picked up and/or delivered, please check your entire package to ensure all pieces are are accounted for and if wedding or social stationery, count all cards and/or envelopes. You must contact Pine Street Creative within 48 hours to inform us of ANY issues of order discrepency.
SHIPPING
Orders requiring shipping are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pine Street Creative uses UPS and USPS to ship orders. Pine Street Creative does not guarantee any shipping service/carrier once goods have left the studio. All packages include a shipment tracking number, but understand once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the tracking details as provided by the courier. Pine Street Creative is NOT responsible for severe weather that could damage or interrupt the shipping service and service timeframe. Pine Street Creative is NOT responsible for any goods that are lost, stolen and/or damaged due to the the selected carrier. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged you must contact the carrier UPS or USPS directly as Pine Street Creative is NOT responsible. Pine Street Creative does not currently ship internationally.

APPLICABLE LAW
This site is created and controlled by Pine Street Creative, LLC in the State of Illinois, USA. Use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. By using this site you consent and agree that any claim against Pine Street Creative arising from or related to your use must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE
You affirm that (I) you are either 18 years of age or older, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into this agreement, (II) that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and (II) you understand and will comply with all of these Terms of Service. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to work with Pine Street Creative. If the client is 17 years of age or younger, orders and communication must be with an adult 18 years of age or older.
